Can not say enough good things about Monty from the service department. Ran in to an unexpected issue while in London with my pickup truck and had no choice but to pull in to have it looked at. From the second I walked in to the service bay, Monty took exceptional care of me and made me feel at ease during the stressful situation as I thought I was stranded as an out of towner. Extremely professional, prompt on calling me with updates, and just made me feel reassured that my truck was in the right hands, I felt as if this was a second to none experience to any other dealership or garage that I've been to.

On a recent camping travel, our truck experienced engine problems. The service rep Briar was excellent. She booked us an appt on the day requested and was very personable helping to make a stressful time more bearable. On arrival, the service advisor Monty Wilson was exceptional. He patiently took the history and suggested pulling up our U.S. trip receipt for the similar problem while travelling in March in West Virginia. When our vehicle had to stay overnight to get appropriate parts orders in , he arranged a car rental for me at their rates. The next day he took the time to explain in detail what the mechanic had relayed to him. He made us feel like we were the only clients there! Hard to do in a busy place. I am very impressed with the staff’s professionalism and kindness in a stressful situation. I highly recommend this business.

Purchasing my car was a pleasant experience. Upon pick up I never felt rushed through the entire process. Mike patiently went out of his way to show me all the features of my car and answered all my questions. I was introduced to everyone on the Ray Cullen team from the sales to the service department. From the date of purchase, I receive emails to remind me of appointments and upcoming service recommendations. I really feel valued as a customer and that Ray Cullen appreciates my business. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car.
